I want to send the flower to Beijing, may I?
Of course! We have more than 500 chain local Chinese florist shops in mainland. We almost can send your order to any city in China. Please read our Service.

When is the best for me to order the flowers?
We support the same day delivery in all big cities and many middle cities. In order to send your gifts in time, you'd better order ahead 1 to 2 days.

May I decide the delivery time?
You surely can decide the delivery time. According to many possible factors, on day time is the best.

What payment methods are accepted?
We support Credit card, Paypal, Western Union, China Merchants Bank overseas remittance. Please read the Payment to get more details.

How can I know whether the recipient gets the goods that I order?
You can login in your account and check your order's status any time. Also we will reply you by E-mail after we are certain that the recipient gets the gift.

May I pay for the order after the recipient gets the goods?
Sorry, we do not support this service at present.

I want to know what will you do after I place an order?
When we received the order information, we will check the payment. If we don`t receive the payment, we will send an email to remind you. If we get the payment, we will arrange the order and send the email to inform you the order condition. After the recipient gets the gifts, we will reply you through email immediately. You can track your order condition in the home page.

I use Paypal to pay, when I fill in the information, I don`t know which address I should fill in the "Billing Address".

Just now,I met an error when I placed the order(or when made the payment), what should I do?
